Fulltilt deposit problems

I'm pretty aggrevated right now. I deposited, or tried to, at Fulltilt using an All Access card. Nothing happened for about a half an hour then I get a message from FT that my deposit has been declined. I check my Card balance and FT has taken the money from my card. I have been trying to get a hold of them but no replies othen than the automated one saying they got my email. This sucks.

I have had the same problem with a SOLO card apart from there is no money tacken, I emailed FTP and they said it was becuase of your firewall not allowing the software to access the proper information to complete your transaction.

This is a bunch of crap. Fulltilt doesn't answer the emails and visa All Access just plains sucks. Here's how Visa's customer support works. Call support at 1 800 699 9708. Recording says everything is now being handled at the web site. Go to web site and click customer support. It says call 1 800 699 9708. **** me.

It might be just an authorization freeze on the card. If they don't complete the transaction, the credit becomes available again in about a day.

Dakota about knows this stuff. Maybe she'll see this.

I hope so. I checked the balance and it shows $0 with a credit to Fulltilt but as I said in the OP, Fulltilt declined. Thats another thing. Why would they decline an All Access card? I've deposited at FT with an All Access card before with no problems. I also used the rest of the balance on this card at Stars afterwards with no problems.

seee i never have any problems with fulltilt (knock on wood lol)

i used instant echeck and it works great.

maybe you should look into getting that deposit option ?
