Full Tilt Problems With My Withdraw PLease Help!!!!!!!!

Well the other day I won some money and I tried to withdraw (wire transfer) it and it says it will take 24-48 hrs to get approved. Three days later it was still processing and I sent 5 emails asking why it was taking so long with no answer. So I cancelled it and tried again thinking that may fix it and then I get a email saying it was decline because I had another account a couple of years ago that was cancelled and they said that that was my primary account and the closed my other account with the money in it and reopened my other account. Now ive been emailing them non-stop trying to figure out how to get my money from the account they closed and they havent answered. So now I freaking out does anyone have any advice? Please help

They should have moved the money from your closed account to the one that is still open?
That is what they normally do, but they do not have to, it is in their TOC that they can keep it if you break the rules.
You need to sit tight, they are probably now reviewing all of your account activity because of the multi account thing.

I didnt mean to have two differnet accounts the other one was supposed to be deleted. I play toruneys so having two accounts doesnt really help. I just wanted a new name

It is still considered multi accounting and when you go to cash out is when they catch it.
I wouldn't worry yet though, I am sure they will credit your account with the funds from the other.
