Full Tilt "Didn't Screw" Me...Update
So, after what?...2 weeks, problem resolved. It took time and patience, and a LOT of emails back and forth with FT, but at the end of the day I must say they were kind, helpful, and when I got home from work today my entire balance from my closed account was transferred to my original (primary) account.
Along the way they helped me remember the email address to my original account (which I'd forgotten), by giving me a hint, i.e. firstname.lastname@example.org
. Then I was able to fill in the blanks, hence requesting a temporary PW for my original account, etc.
Bottom line, eventually it got fixed. I messed up because I didn't know the rules, and FT was still willing to help me out. I give them my thumbs up!
