Is it just me or is there to many bad players on full tilt poker, i've played plenty of play money poker on FTP and have seen some very terrible play. I'll limp w/ A Jo and someone would shove w/ J 2o and about six more people would call that shove w/ ever worse hands. I understand its play money, but i've seen people do this on some of the cash table and cash SNG i've watched before. The most i've got on FTP play money was about 25K and lost it the next day, I hope to get over 2M play money chips so that I can play on the 500K $40 tourneys. I have also played in a few freerolls and it seems like the game play is worse there, its just unbelievable.

I played in a freeroll on bodog (CC freeroll), and everyone knew how to play poker, or atleast most people. I can't wait untill I can play on the CC freerolls on FTP and play w/ people that know what there doing, and that are very friendly. I haven't yet qualified for those freerolls, just hope to participate sometime soon. :D

i've played in maybe 5 play money sng's on full tilt...at the lowest 250 buy in. i rarely have time to play with play money but every once in a while i'll give a shot. would be nice to get to a million play chips. at that 250 buy in, the players are very very.....very bad. i think i won 3 of them, got a 2nd and a 3rd. it seems easy pickins. i mean you see just retarded things...someone will raise 1500 chips when the blinds are 60/120 and then fold to a 120 bet after the flop. every time it seems i've played maybe 2 or 3 hands till you get to the last 3 or 4 players...they go away pretty fast. i like the few i've played in where 4 or 5 of them decide to go all in on the first hand. the guy who wins it usually doesn't even make it in the money.

not the CC freerolls because i haven't tried to join the freeroll club yet, but i will when i feel i'm "cool" enough, haha, or at least hope so; but the non-restricted free to the public freerolls they have are massive donkfests...all the way to the money...and i've cashed a few of them. you'll always get a caller, pre-flop/post-flop, i try to play the good hands properly early on but usually get beat but someone's 26o and end up short. but its not hard to just wait and shove the elite hands from there on out and make it pretty deep...unless that 26o comes up again, that guy's gonna beat you, watch out for him

so what are you complaining about, exactly? sit in a sit-n-go, don't play hands unless they are premium, cash always because the donks go out quickly? ;) or is there something i am missing?

I'm more amazed at the way people play with real money. Just watched someone buy-in and shove with Q-6 suited on the first hand. I MEAN IT WAS SUITED HOW COULD YOU LOSE.

Play money is different game. Like offline and online poker as well. If want to learn to play, don't use play money.

Play money vs real money

If want to learn to play, don't use play money.

I would use real money, but i've seen people play terrible poker on real money on FTP. So I just decided not deposit money on that site because I rather win a freeroll or hopefully get 1M play money chips to play in some of the 500K $40 tourneys. The only site I like depositing money to is pokerstars, I just hope I can make some money on FTP soon. I think i've learned how to play, maybe not against high stakes players but I do well on the 25/50c tables on pokerstars.

What I don't understand is why people expect to have people play well in play money. If you don't like it then beat those mofo's and play at high stakes like I did.

The problem I found with Play Money is that there are more and more suckouts because of the amount of idiots calling with absolute garbage. Therefore, if 6 people call an all in, even with AA you have under a 50% chance to win the hand.

However, you either put up with the play money tourneys or you deposit $10 on FT. They're the only options you have.
