I was playin' some freezeout tournaments , until i found my self at a table full of loose players . i tried isolating players to get them heads up . Did that successfully a few times , until the blinds started raising . I found myself going all in with pocket 10s , everyone folds to one person who calls with Ks6s . He catchs a K on the turn to beat me . Was this the right play ?

assuming you were in a position where you had to shove, then you got your money in good. If however you could have just raised and seen a flop to determine whether to push your stack then youn should have done that instead. With pocket 10's (my favorite hand) you're in a tough spot pushing pre-flop because you can be dominated by quite a few hands or someone lucky donk with a face card could catch said face card and knock you out.

"It depends"
To be honest, you're not giving us nearly enough information to decide what was the likely optimal play. (ie. did you have fold equity, what are the stack sizes.. of all the players on your table (not just your own) especially the stacks to your left who are yet to act, table image (although not all that important if it's a micro), size of the blinds, payout structure, etc.

You should consider posting the HandHistory in its full form & if you can provide any additional info. along with it... bonus (ie. player reads, table image, history vs. villain(s), etc.). You'll probably get some decent feedback if you do so. For me to offer up an answer with info. provided... not even possible imo.

OR are you asking if their play was 'the right play' (because it might've been... again > "it depends").

One last comment.
I don't see how your thread title directly relates to your post? Maybe stick something like this in 'Learning Poker'...and a title like, 'LateLevels holding TT in MP.. is this a shove?" (or whatever).

ye i agree ,,not enough info for a correct answer ,,,i dont really like the all in play with 10 10 ,, but hey who mi to say ,,,x3 raise is always better,,then see the flop if u called,,,always fire a feeler bet out fiirst ,,agressoin wins pots early most times,,,better to chip away at pots than bang it ..
