free rolls are good for one reason : they are free. I am unwilling to sit at the computer for four hous in hope of winning $25. I play them, but my strategy is to double up a couple of times or go bust then leave for an hour or so. I return and try to be above the average then leave and come back nearer the end, when people are playing more normally. Dose it work?not often, but freerolls are free.

meade111 - I agree with you on trying to double up and then leaving. It's a good idea to play premium hands, but, sitting there waiting for them can get frustrating. Especially when you see these loose/hyper aggressive peeps winning with practically nothing! Way better to let them take each other out. I haven't had too much luck in freerolls, period. But, because they're free, I keep coming back.

gis1239 - In terms of "good" freerolls, there really are none if what you want is to make money. The way I look at freerolls is, they are experience in Massive MTTs. That's all. And, because they're free, the competion is wildly out of control. Often times, skill is very small and luck is most often the deciding factor. I love freerolls, but, I don't think playing for hours to win practically nothing is very profitable.
