Hello everyone! This is my first post on cardschat so I'm just gonna say HI in this thread + I have something that maybe some of you could help me out.

So lets start... HEY!

I've been playing Cash 6max, HU Cash(cash on ipoker - now on stars HUSNG) and STT SNG 6max (that's what I'm playing now).

I'm playing on stars (only site I havent had problems with so far)

I was shifting from one to another gamr format for quite some time and now since these three seem to be the only one that suite me I decided to open a thread about it and see what you guys think.

- HU Cash played for quite some time and did good (on ipoker) about 50k hands but then a swing came and in about 2k hands it went straight down and that kinda ended my HU carrer 3months ago. If I'd be still on Ipoker I would definetely start hu cash again but their support dissapointed me

- STT 6max SNG just started playing, really like them, but I've been showing some bad results (-16BI) over really small sample but cuz it's 1.5$ sng I still feel dissapointed. At start felt pretty confident about this but now not so much so I think that what lead (<hope that I spelled right) me to this thread I've read and watched.videos and articles from snggrinders and deucescracked

-6 max SNG's - Where most my profit came from. Did a solid 50$ at 30k hands on stars with about 3.5bb/100 on NL2. Signed up for Deuces cracked and got tons a videos and help from there too.

The reason I stopped playing 6max cash is because I felt kinda bored with it (prolly cuz I was grinding NL2 with 20$ at start) and I really don't want poker to become boring

I play micro stakes with 120€ on my BR that was grinded from 10$ on stars and 10$ on FTP on 6max.

I know there are no shortucts in poker but any ideas are welcome.

-for start: would it be OK if would let's say play 2 tables of SNG 1.5$, 2 tables of 6max NL5 and maybe 1 table HUSNG

I got and idea from some1 that I should try 3$ SNG's but even after reading and watching videos for SNG's I just don't feel like ti  .

Anyone that can suggest a site (without outdated material) for both SNG's and 6max and possibly HUSNG besides DC and snggrinders (already there).
I know on HUSNG.com I will find most of HUSNG material though

.

Overall I would just like your thoughts that are good, positive, negative, bad , whatever..maybe some links that could help or just anything.
TYVM Jojo :fisheye:
EDIT: some1 asked me if poker is just m hobby or would I like to get good at it and yes I would definetely like to get gooa at it :)

Sounds like you already know what you like. If you like something it's obviously going to be easier to be motivated to put in the necessary time studying.

One thing though, I really would recommend not mixing different formats at the same time (during same session). Go with one, play it til' you're playing it in your sleep. Set short-term & longterm goals for yourself, & set up some kind of schedule you can stick with.
gl on your poker endeavours!

I find it odd that you quit 6-max cash but want to play SNGs because cash is boring.

If you don't want to be bored, try PLO.

The problem with my cash game is that im kinda of hit n runner. When I hit like 4 BI I just want to protect it by playing nitty. And then when I realize it I just quit

Some people dont like cash games and don't have the mindset for them ? (cash games)

I am one of them - I play 9 mans for now but will be converting to HU or MTTs soon. I enjoy tourney style poker more than cash :)

HU will develop your game more as you're always put on the spot and have to hand read and analyze board textures, preflop action, flop action, images etc
