Do any of you have similar experiences?
any thoughts on what I can do to keep my play at its highest level all the time?
Agreed, and although I'm not sure but I've heard even online pros don't do their entire time each day in one session, but break it into smaller (to them) sessions during the day, (like three 2-3 hour sessions instead of one 8 hour session). It's all about what kind of mood I'm in. If I'm relaxed, just came back from a long day and ready to relax (but not exhausted, now THAT is a recipe for disaster), I play much more patiently and better. On the other hand when I'm bored beforehand and decide to play poker to fill the time, I find that I'm usually not on top of my game, and make too many mistakes.
