Does anyone else feel fear while playing in a tournament on the money in the final part - in heads-up? For example, I am feeling a kind of nervous trembling(jim-jams), because I understand that only a moment and I can be a winner)))

Of course it is disturbing - to play in private. But the rival has same feelings. At a final stage of a tournament the maximum tension because you have passed a big distance, many players already off side, and before a victory one barrier - IT is felt! Nervous trembling in this situation can even help to think once again, to be reinsured. Another matter a simple game in private - you are ready to it at once.

No need to worry at that point, just more desire to just take it down! the feeling of ending in second is way worst than ending in any other place other than the bubble.

I am really comfortable in heads up so I just try to play my best.
I am more nervous when dealt 10s or Jacks early in tournament.

Nerves are natural in anything when you're getting close to your goal. What you want to be aware of though is if there's any self sabotage happening. This happens to a lot of people, and most people don't realize it. If this is happening there's a psychological block you'd have to explore to undo it and move past it.

Actually probably about 98.8% of people have some kind of block at some point when they get close to their goal, especially when it's personally meaningful. Most people just end up abandoning their goal and then choose a less meaningful goal, as blocks and psychological obstacles aren't as intense. It's really how'd I'd sum up the entire human species except for a very small percentage of people.

Before I was afraid when I got heads up in a tournament, but then I learned to play heads up. I'm hoping that time comes, because I know that most players do not know or lose patience at this time and are content with second place. Shot advantage that, because the first is always more profitable.

I think id only fear my opponent if their profile pic was like yours.
Nah, but honestly, I get super pumped on the lead up to the final table and then its all business from there.

I have no other thoughts what do you next move? What cards your opponent? HOW DO I DO NOT LOSE! And not that I can win the next moment! That's the difference, think about not losing !!!

Well, I never got to the heads up in a tournament, only in the SNG.

As in SNG we often arrived at the FT, we don't feel any nervousness. Now in a major tournament for sure I would feel a little nervous too, not only in the heads up as throughout the final table.

I think this would occur by inexperience. At the moment when FT's, HU's and achievements are happening more often, the player should feel more comfortable in this kind of situation and nervousness must pass.

you've already won if your heads up, look at it in that aspect. play more heads up if you have fear, it will eventually become a part of your game.

I try to make them fear me HU, I raise every hand and keep pressure on them, when they bet a lot or raise, you can tell when they have something i just fold, and keep raising every hand.

Just remember 2 thinks.First its good to win now and you should try but you will have another chance again.Second your opponent is more likely to not have it than it is to have it so go ahead and steal that pot by risking a little to get a lot.after you bluff him a couple of times you will not be nervous anymore.if you fail to bluff him then you will know that he is running good OR he is aggressive. If he runs good try to push all in often on his big blind so you change the tempo of the game and make him fear.if he is aggressive use this against him by setting up a trap.

just remember you should avoid being left with a stack that is under 15 big blinds cause you wont be able to apply any pressure by pushing all in.If you wait for a hand and an ace queen comes when you are left with 8 big blinds and you push there he will call you with any 2..."so what I'll win"you may think.Well you will win the first time and the second and if you are lucky the third too.the forth time he puts you all in with a jack 3 off suit he will sent your ace king suited home. For that reason it is better to push with 15 big blinds with a 89 off than to wait for a hand when you are left with 7 big blinds.
