Favorite Poker Chips?

Lots of poker players have favorite brands of playing cards, or favorite casinos to play at. It got me thinking: what about favorite chips for playing? I know some people have collections of poker chips from various casinos or experiences, but what about poker chip preferences for actual playing?

Do you prefer smooth chips? Heavy chips? Clay chips? etc.

In my homegames, I used to use some Bees Casino Chips. Recently, we have started playing more games with Marshall Fields 3 Tone Poker Chips.

What kinds of chips does everyone else like using? What are the (within reason) lesser quality chips and what are the higher quality chips?

Just something my curiosity came up with. What are your favorite poker chips to play with?

Paulson Top Hat and cane poker chip are top of my list. High quality chip that you cant buy anymore. But I was able to score some before they stopped making them for the home game market.

I don't like the cheapest chinese chips from ebay. They feel really bad in the hand with the cheap plastic feeling and imperfections. If the chips are made of high quality plastic (so called clay chips are also plastic in fact) and heavy enough this is ok for me. I am using one of the pokerstars cases for my home games and the chips are good albeit maybe too expensive just because they are branded pokerstars.

i got to play with clay chips
and I think they were good.
but these days they dont use them, guess they are out dated
