You have to keep your strategy going, don't change it, sooner or later, luck will come to you. Unfortunately, that's gambling, you can't always be lucky.

The only way to overcome variance is more volume! Get it in good and don’t be results oriented!

I think the best option in such cases is to take a break. After the break, start playing only in freerolls. Be patient, careful and disciplined.

Just take a break and use part of the time to analyze your game and see if you have some leaks in it.

Study poker and analyze your game. Try to find out if you have major leaks . If you find out your game is fine then just grind yourself out of the downswing poker is full of variance.
