Dont Blow Up;Have Kids!

3 years ago, before my 1st kid, id broken a mouse or two ,thrown my hat, and torn anything within my reach (not proud of any of it) and all because of, presumably, a bad beat.Now bad beats are handled a lot differently,with my kids around i have to keep my cool, and because of that i feel i have been playing better. I love my kids for all kinds of reasons, but this is one i never saw coming. Good Luck To All!

I'm pretty sure that having a kid is generally a -EV play though overall.

This is totally opposite for me, I had 5 kids which drove me crazy and Poker kept me sane

But I can relate to what your saying

Yeah but those 5 kids probably cost you hundreds of thousands of dollars directly and a fair bit more in opportunity cost.
