if the other guy is a hyper loose aggressive player though, it may not be so bad to play like a donk. Sometimes, medium pair is enough to take it down. Depends on how the other guy has played. At micro stakes, the hyper aggressive guys generally aren't tricky enough to suddenly switch to tight.
I wouldn't take unnessary risks until I have seen the guy show down with weak
hands though.
Last night, this guy shoved $5 into a 25c pot. I had a 7 high straight, but because the board was x4567, and I had two threes, he COULD have had the 8 and was looking to seem like he was
bluffing. So I decided to fold. If he had a 3, I might actually end up losing money from a split pot depending on the rake.
Another time though, I was pretty sure the other guy was full of shit when he reraised me on the turn, so I reraised him all in with only 44 with KK82 on the board, and sure enough, I was right, he was semi-bluffing a 94 suited flush draw. But that really depends on the situation. Normally, I wouldn't do that unless I didn't have much left and I was quite sure he had nothing. Now that's a donk shove, but if I played according to the book, I lose that pot.
