Does anyone remember a poker hand called ''The Persian Carpet Ride''?
I believe it was Antonio Esfandiari who 1st used it on poker after dark a reallly long time ago.
A friend of mine keeps telling me that the Persian Carpet Ride is any 9 and 7 of any suite for the hole cards.. But I could have sworn it was a 9 of clubs and 7 of clubs.. It seems the List of playing-card nicknames page on wikipedia doesn't really have a confirmation either.
It's not really a big deal or anything, but i would like to know my memory is serving me correctly, and It'd be nice to win this argument with my buddy..
