Do you like to mix poker and travel?

Personally , I love to go in holidays, mix travel and poker.
When I go in holidays , I always try to play with locals people's.
And I love it.
You always seen different ways to play. It's really interesting.
All countrys have they're own favorite cardsgame, the poker is the favorite so far.

Unfortunately I have no way to travel. But I hope that over time I will be able to afford it. In addition, I do not really like the idea of playing poker while traveling, since the game will take me a lot of time.

Its much fun, people you play with take you easly in and you get a lot of information about the place your staying

I like very much to travel but for now have not mixed it with poker. Usually i have two different types of trips. First is very tightly packed program where i try to look and photograph as many interesting objects as i can. During such travel there is absolutely no time to play poker. The other type of travel is vacation travel but i prefer to drink with friends and get some rest instead of playing poker. I am also micro stakes player and going to a casino requires much more money than i am usually ok to spend. I hope that soon this will change. This summer when i go to the sea i may try to play some live games as part of my vacation.

Semi-grunch. I definately try to play whenever I have free time. If i'm going on vacation I scout ahead to see if there is any game I can find and play while I'm there. Sometimes it doesn't always work out with the schedule but when I can I like to play when I travel as well.

Trip and Game

I really have not had the happiness of traveling. I'm just a teenager with little money. But bigger I hope to travel a lot and meet with that kind of people to have good experience in poker elsewhere.

Sure the majority here will be raising their hand for poker excursion. Always nice going to Vegas and playing as well as the cruise lines. Enjoy when visting the mid-west some good live Euchre.

I always do when it's possible..

I can plan travels specially to play poker, like going at the wsop or other major event in the USA, but if it's not the reason of the trip, like a simple vacations at the beach, I always check if I can play live somewhere. just to know how it is.. even if it's for only 2 hours.

The resort I was in Dominican Republic was a cool place to play... didn't cost a lot to buy in (it's in pesos) and with the exchange rate I made a bit more!!

If I was ever to travel I for sure would love to play some poker around the world. Definitely something that is on my to do list.

I often go on business trips. And frankly, on such days I do not have time to play poker at all. Perhaps if I traveled for my own pleasure, then I would find time to play.

i prefer travels like nature hiking, fishing, mushroom hunting etc, so there is no place for poker, for me poker is sort of room game

Yes! that is a good choise, i always play anywhere i can, if i can not play against real people while traveling i always play some hands in my smartphone, to "Not to lose the habit" LOL.

I am relaxing on vacation and trying to get away from everything, get complete relaxation, so I don’t play poker and I don’t think about anything other than relaxation.

I would like someday to travel and to play poker..but at this moment i can't financially handle this

This is an area I have no clue. I'd love to travel. I'd love to go to Vegas. I'm on the east coast, so I still have options.

Unfortunately, in my case this is not possible. I have a wife and two children who need to be financially supported. Therefore, I work 6 days a week, of which 3-4 days, sometimes I play poker in the evenings.

I would like to mix poker and travel, however, I alway lose at poker and have no money for
travel. lol

When I travel, I enjoy checking out the local casinos and trying the McDonald's in that country. LOL

I think playing poker while traveling is not a good idea. If I travel, I am passionate about it. You see another priority.
