Do you dare to take risks?

I played sit n go single table at ACR and finished in 1st.After that they offered me another gamble to double,but I hadn't courage.And you ACR player,Do you dare to take risk here?

my friend, my goal and always get among the first ese I do not have to risk because I risk more, there is a saying that "big eye does not go into China".

Im pretty sure letting acr to choose if they double you or dont pay you at all, is not the best thing in long run.

Maybe I would choose it, if I was winning regularly, but most of the time I also would deny it.

ACR handed me 5 dollars last month, without me ever depositing. I am pretty sure, they will find their ways to get that free money back, and maybe thats one way.

Those who like to gamble are bound to find this "double or nothing" proposition irresistible. If you win, you'll be asked if you want to let it ride. Eventually the 50-50 odds will put an end to the shenanigans. :deal:

If in such cases they propose to double the win then the chances are small, so the poker room returns its money which is given for free, but this is my opinion, I will not argue in such a situation, someone can and wins with players such a doubling and gets a double win !!

A good tip here is not to take risk.Because it was very cansative to win this money.

It seems to me that in poker on many occasions or in a particular one, you have to take risks ... some can leave us out of a tournament and another can leave us at the top of the tournament if that move is in our favor .. that I fervently consider that if as in life in poker you have to take risks

I took an 11 cent FR win. Did the double or nothing won 5 times then cashed it out. I also had it make me double or nothing coming off of a cash table $100 down and it cost me another $100 when the joker came out lol. But it didn't give me option to just leave.

Is there an option to turn that stupid popup off? I accidentally clicked it once and obviously lost. To be honest I know why they have it there, to recoup losses with an additional house advantage, but still it's pretty out of place in my opinion. I really just want to play poker with my poker, not this double or nothing BS.

Edit: if anyone else is interested it's under options>table options>General>other options to turn off the "Double or nothing" in the very last box.

Seems like this option was put to let the gamblers risk to get their losses back...or double their winnings....definitely a gamble based on your mood lol

I never take that risk.. it seems to me it is like playing slots. I've actually had it pop up for me when trying to leave cash tables at ACR, like if you hit leave table twice it pops up for a second before closing the table, but as far as I can tell it doesn't actually complete without further input.
I think it is to lure gamblers into losing their winnings.

I tend to degen pretty heavy at times, so I certainly wouldn't be able to pass up this double or nothing gamble every once in a while. Luckily, the Mac client of ACR doesn't offer this feature so it saves me from blowing my winnings!

I have never played double up game on ACR. Probably never will.

Stay away from this crap. Why would you want to spend 2 hours to win money playing poker and then risk donking it all away with a coin toss. Are you a poker player or a bingo player?

If you ask me, this is just an immature attempt by ACR to exploit players and send them on tilt so they'll go and dump more money into the site. Get that shit out of my face when I win money or get sucked out on and barely finish ITM.


I believe there's actually an option to turn it off so it doesn't pop up after every win... I'd recommend doing this if you're serious about poker.

I play there to but i never try to double up. I can see the rewards if you do but i always feel like i have a better chance just playing at the table...

No way, never risk what you already won unless they are pennies.

I have only been in that position twice (one in BCP and one in ACR) and did not take the risk yet. I may consider it in the future if I have a large enough bank roll to do so but do not plan on doing it yet on either sites.

I do not risk, I already won is to guarantee the 1 place, I do not see need to try the luck there, if it is to play by luck I go to blackjack, roulette, among others.
