Here is make believe hand but I was wondering what you would all do here.

Say you are 9 handed.....these are the payouts

1st-$2800
2nd-$1600
3rd-$1000
4th-$750
5th-$600
6th-$480
7th-$380
8th-$260
9th-$170

You are the big blind and get AA.

There are three all ins before it gets to you.

Would you call or let 2 people get eliminated and make an easy 200 bucks?

So, deductively, you are 4th or worse going in here, with the absolutely best cards to start with.

You're already guaranteed a payday, so what is it you are playing for?

MORE!

Call.

Well I would be playing for first place, not 7th place so I am calling for sure.

I don't like blanket logic like this, if you lose you're automatically out, if you fold, it's not like you're giving up 1st. Sure you have less of a chance but you can still come in 1st if you fold. Sometimes it's right (especially for tourneys that have a top-heavy pay structure) and sometimes it's better to just take the money (say everyone ITM gets at least 50 and 1st plays pays 60). Obviously this isn't a cut-and-dry scenario, but it's not like folding gives up a chance at 1st place, and even if you win the hand you aren't guaranteed 1st.

Is this some kind of sick all-in freeroll? I'm wondering if this is hardly a realistic scenario with half the table going in on the same hand.

Call.

Call? I'd shove!

Maybe maybe maybe there's an argument for folding this on the money bubble of a tournament. But one you're already getting paid, and for that little money? No chance I'm folding.

call call call call call push push push push

a little more info is needed like where is your stack size in relation to everybody elses,

but as for hand strenghth go all in do whatever it takes to get all the money in

you are up against at least 1 other ace which has you dominating that person, and pocket pairs only have 2 outs each, only time you are in okay shape is if all of them have pocket pairs
