Absolutely not! I could see me getting lucky and winning a few hands out of sheer hand strength or luck but that would be it. Maybe if I folded everything but QQ+ I could stand a chance but that is not how you play heads up! I just would give the pro free blinds.

Definitely.

I can beat a pro if I have much much money or very rich backer.

We will use the "money gets money" strategy.

Definitely could.
The pros are at a disadvantage for the simple reason that they have hours of video that one can watch and figure out how they play whereas the player has no such history so you have the advantage of surprise. It is how the indians won at the Little Big Horn.

LOL all great answers. I like how its either definitely or Not at all. lol not much middle ground. Me personally, Im not sure. I feel im good at poker, well after 10 or 12 years id hope im decent, but heads up is not my strong suite. I would try like hell and idk 50/50 i guess for me

Could be funny to try life as prof poker player. But I think my entire bankroll would be blinded out very fast.

Not sure I'd enjoy the game as much doing for a living. Sounds great though, for me it would take the fun out of it. Having to play and perform isn't as appealing as playing because you enjoy it. Money would be great winning but stressful when losing. Guess you have that with anything though.

Once you invest $ you can consider yourself a pro. Only a handful of people will understand that statement. I didn't.

What the hell are you talking about?

That's about the least accurate statement I've heard in my life.

The real question is how much would I lose to win against a pro?

I'd like my chances better live then online but still most likely a loss for me of course the luck factor of poker could come into play

Yea i would have to concur. I would rather play live then online. I have no luck so to would damn me as well. But i think it would be interesting none the less.

I also like the irrelevant thread title to actual question ratio
