Im thinking about playing some more ring games, i used to play them but couldnt really handle the swing of money going up and down and then just went on tilt and got annoyed lol I then switched to SNG at micro and there ok but i seem to be just breaking even or with like $20 of profit from the month and it seems like a waste of time so im going to play some cash games tonight for about an hour!!
Well what are the differences, i know you have to play abit tighter than SNG and also position is more important than in SNG's but what else do i need to be thinking about. Im going to play 0.05/0.10NL because thats the lowest betfair do so can anybody give me any tips for cash games??

you seem impatient and anxious. take your time. winning doesnt come over nite. if you are making $20 a month thats better than losing $20. Try to improve your game to where youre winning $30. Cash games are a killer. Always good players waiting to take you off or donks that are playing anything and bust you doing it.

Read Lee Jones' book on Winning Low Limit Hold Em. Go to Card Runners and read some of their blogs on cash games.

When you rush you lose.

Imo, the difference is donks don't get paid off in SnG's as opposed to playing in cash games. Like you'd see people get stomped on for raising preflop with j-x in SnG's(fr, ep) , but in cash games, dumb plays like that can get awarded.
