I once saw a post on here where someone posted a video of a hand they played...I forget what site they used to create/host the video...does anybody know of a site you can use to create a video to post in forum of a hand you played?

Thanks.

If you're talking about making a narrated video - your OS should come with software. On Macs it's called iMovie. Hosting videos is free on http://www.youtube.com. You can use the Boom Hand Replayer site (http://www.boomplayer.com) to capture the hand itself while in your poker client.

You'll need actual screen video editing software to do that. Quicktime on a Mac works. I'm not sure if there are any free Apps that come with Windows, but there should be lots of 3rd party apps that you can download. Bandicam, for example, does have a free version but I can't attest to how good it actually is.
