You're over $200 from frees and you're not playing for real money yet? That's commitment, right there! GL in reals! :)

Nice

I feel the same, I am almost to two in a few poker sites. There are so many good freerolls to build a roll you don't even have to risk money. It just takes a little longer.

Congratulations. There is no feeling greater than building a 3 figure bankroll from freeroll winnings alone :)

You gotta do the sit & learns. If you score in the top 1,000 then you get entry into next months freerolls. You can't get into this months, next months is July 11th I think.

academy.fulltiltpoker.com

There are 20+ Sit N Learn videos and quizzes. Watch the particular video and then take the quizzes.

The scores reset each calendar month. Finish top 2000 in a quiz and you can enter a turbo satellite on a Saturday. Finish top 100 in the satellite and you are entered into the 5K on Sunday. For July the dates are 11th and 12th.

You can enter as many of the satellites as you finish in the top 100 quizzes. I was in 7 in April, 7 in May, and 3 in June.

The satellies are very soft with sitters frequently making the cut. This month the 3 I played all had less than 200 entries and more than 100 sitters with 100 making the cut.

Hope that helps.

I played some 10NL on Walker Poker last night. I was following a training system I grabbed some time ago. I sat down with $7.50, played for 35 minutes, and left with $16.83. I only won 3 hands, but they were the nut flush versus a King high flush, set vs top pair, and JJ versus top pair on low board.

Not sure how much cash play I'll do on Full Tilt. I'll probably mix it up with some cash play, and a lot of SNGs.

To everyone else...
Thanks for the kind words. This has certainly been a real grind but I hope that having a $200+ bankroll to start will let me weather the variances more easily that grabbing $2 from one freeroll and having to played scared money.

You should let the percentages be your guide in detemining what risks your bankroll can handle not all the other crapola. One of the biggest rookie mistakes is not fully understanding the concept of "bankroll management". Better figure it out before going any further!!!!!

i put you on being someone who reads one post and opens his mouth without knowing what he talking about.

maybe you should try reading the details of this project before you comment on anything.
