Well I've never been to any other country besides the United States so I wouldn't be able to answer the question for live casino games but for online I would imagine it would be better to live some where else.

Every good poker promo like No deposit bonus are Non Us players (there are still some out there however) but the major sites such as pokerstars is non US
We don't have as many options as other places so Online poker would be better non US

That all said I still proudly call the United States of America my home =p

I heard that in Canada that if you have a job your poker winnings doesn't get taxed. If that's true Canada would be a great place to live if your a pro poker player, just get an easy job work part time and if you win 1 million dollars instead of getting 600k you would get the full million,, So that 3 hour a week job would save you 400k

If I had a million dollars, I would buy you a green dress. But not a real green dress that's cruel.

Vancouver is a beautiful city with a moderate climate and people, but it does rain a lot, is expensive to live, and has the 2nd worst traffic in North America , not much in freeways or room for them. Sin taxes are high too.

If you get a million dollars and want to get me something that's fine with me, but TBH I'm not much into dresses even if it is a green one... sooo I think that $200 would suffice so I could go to the casino and play $1/$2

The paradise for that is Monaco. There are a lot of Hotels and Casinos, the online gambling is also eligible and the taxes are lower than in any other countries. So for many people that is the paradise for gambling and for living there, because Monaco is also a very beautiful country (kingdom).

Macau. Straight up. It caters to Chinese high rollers so you get tons of soft, expensive action plus you get to play ROW sites.

For low-stakes casino play I would actually pick Tunica, Mississippi because 1) it's cheap to live/stay in, and 2) it's less trafficked than Vegas so that the games are populated primarily by retarded rednecks who will more readily donate monies. Live 1/3 games there are really weaktight so that a skilled lag can just intimidate everyone and run over the table.

Oh,I know Macau. But years ago, people would worry about the public security situation there.Though it is better now,I still hope there would be no gang behavior throughly.

For live poker its defenetly Las Vegas or Monaco. For online poker , I would choose a place with mild climate like the Island of Malta. No problem with regulations and no taxes. Good food , friendly people

This really depends on what you consider poker paradise...would that be by stakes?

High stakes? --> Macau or Monaco. Also have to recommend these two because I heard they are very scenic as well...if that fits criteria of poker paradise.

Anything else? --> USA. We have the WSOP...biggest poker tournament in the world. It's also really what made the whole online poker scene as big as it WAS...before Black Friday.

+1 to Malta. Cheap cost of living (compared to the rest of europe), great weather and not taxes on gambling income (for citizens)
