Contacts in pokerstars??

Hi all,

Wanted to know if anyone has any contacts at pokerstars rather than the general support to see if they could help me reopen my account.

A few months ago when i thought my life turned into hell i emailed pokerstars and said for them to "close my account with no chance of it ever being reopened as i thought i had a gambling problem" my attempts to reopen it have been no good.

Everthing is a ok now and i would like to start playing again at pokerstars...so if anyone could help id really appreciate it.

Hate to say it, but your prospects do not look good. I don't see them budging on this one.

It probably has something to do with the "never to be reopened again" segment.

um, can't you just create a new account ...?

well.....my thinking is that if i open 1 and they find out they will close it....but when my bro tries to it says that there is already an account open from this computer and it doesnt let him

just use a friends computer--one that doesn't use PS at all.

Maybe if you previously had a gambling problem you should quit while your ahead, because you will still loose loads of money in the long run, personally i would give it up if I had a problem, gambling is like a drug, once you take enough of it, 1 good or bad hit and your hooked, and the addiction grows upon you, and it can't be helped unless you just stop, there's no such thing as ''i'll only take one a day'' type of thing, because it will be ''well 1 more time wouldn't hurt....'' etc. maybe this p***** you off maybe you find it helpful, but im just expressing my own opinion and just giving you the best advice as i've had a lot of friends in the same position as you, it just doesnt work though.
