What do you do when you understand right now that the tournament started wrong? You do not play your game and it makes you very angry. You are losing your chips and doing stupid things at the table.
Currently I am playing tourney and doing a lot of mistakes (as I see now from the records). I call where is required to fold, I bet when my odds are not calculated yet by myself. Such my game now empowers me to create this thread during the game.
P.S. having complete this notes I finished tourney(

in theory everything is clear you have to stay calm whatever happens and keep going ,as in Robin Hood's Ridley Scott's "Rise and rise again until lambs become lions"

I play freerolls, so I don't get angry even though most of the time I play like a jackass :)

I think if you understand that the tournament is not for you then there is nothing you can do is to rely on luck and still as a variant it is possible not much to wait to wait for good hands and try to become a leader

We all make mistakes. Only someone more and, some less. You can not let poker win your emotions. The more you play, the more relaxed you will be about losing.

I do not play poker for long. I will share my current experience. You need to relax deeply to a meditative state. Your state is very important for playing poker, it is impossible to play well in a bad state

You've already done the most important thing - recognized that this is happening AND that there may be something that you can do to change it. Well, there is. It may not get you a win, but it will give you the best chance.

Decide right here and now that you are going to slow down, consider everything that is going on at the table, while ignoring your emotions, and then make the BEST decision that you can given the circumstances. Since you're short, that almost always means tightening up, i.e., only play the best hands (if you get them), but when you do, play them strongly.

The odds are very high that you will blind out, but you MAY not. You MAY come from behind and you may even WIN the tournament. It's happened to me. It's happened to lots of folks. It can happen to you.

I play a lot of tournaments and many people get a bad card, but I'm sitting until the last and wait for a normal card, do not be angry just wait for a good card and play, patience and everything will turn out!

Just be able to forget about this concrete tourney. Try to remember your mistakes and don't make them in future again.

Before the game, it plays an important role, and if you do not really want to play, then it is better not to start !!!
