One complaint

poker stars really is the best site around. But there is one thing that really gets me mad. I don't know if any of you have experience this but, have any of you guys been playing a money tourney only to be constantly nagged on by observers (that do not have real money accounts) for money. I have and it really sucks, there should be a block on observer chat outside of people that have registered in the tourney.

Yep it has happened to me a few times, they ask for $1 just to start off a bankroll.

E-Mail Support

I get bugged :trytofly: all the time for various things - chips for sale, borrow chips, borrow money (me broke) , or just other stuff. My suggestion would be to provide an offender name (nickname) to PS support via E-Mail. They are very good at stopping stuff. Usually a removal of chat priv.:viking:

There is also a hide feature, under requests, just to hide from people that know you.:icon_pale

Where do you find the turn off observer chat? I could not find during the freeroll.

ya those people are so annoying, u should just turn off observer chat
