Hi all need some advise/help please.

Playing on pacific poker, SnG on the bubble and was short stack. Once it got to the bubble, i was the only aussie there and don't know any other languages than English. People started talking on the table in other language, i think it was French, about me. Firstly saying "custo" then they were saying their hands Q7, KJ etc. basically telling each other what they had before they acted to see who would shove and get me out. This is clearly against the rules. What should I do? I ended up losing, of course. I dont care about the loss I care about the blatant collusion whilst playing. As I understand Pacific Poker allows other languages to be spoken on the table. I fear Pacific Poker will tell me tough luck becasue I didn't think about recording the tourney ID number, and they send no hand histories to me, so I have no strong evidence.

Any advice appreicated.
Thanks in advance

This is why I love playing at Stars, if people start talking in another language you just call a moderator and they tell them to stop. If they don't stop I assume they lose their chat privileges.

Report them, they should have logs of the chats and people able to interpret the language. Even if speaking in the other language isn't cheating, the collusion is. Email support. If they don't respond, just stop playing there and play on Stars where you will get responses back from support.

Even if they allow other languages to be spoken they don't allow collusion. However if you can not provide them with any evidence at all then there is nothing you can do. They will not take action based on your word alone.

It won't hurt to try though. Tell them everything you do know -the time of the game, type, etc. They might be willing to search for it.

Can you get the hand histories? The chat might be recorded in with them.

Unfortunately, this site doesn't even provide hand histories, otherwise that would make it a lot easier.

How do you call for a moderator during tournament play?

There is no doubt that collusion is rampant at many sites/networks. Some tolerate it and WILL NOT even respond to a charge of collusion. The Merge network is one in particular. For instance, try obtaining your hand history form ANY merge site. next to impossible. The best defense in essence, is to stop playing at sites that tolerate ANY form of cheating.
