Chip n a chair myth

this old saying came up in a recent post. As I was told the story, a player lost all his chips, and as he was getting up to leave he discovered an errant chip. So he sat back down, and went on to win the tournament. Welllllll, If indeed, he discovered a chip he didn't know he had, it would have legally gone to the player who had just busted him out, Right?? So I have the story wrong, or it never happened.

Well, I have come back from being down to 20 chips when the blinds were at 400/800 to take 1st place in a tourney. Chip and chair can be very real. I ran super hot and doubled a lot. It can happen.

Unless the one chip leftover was more than the other guys all in. So it could be true.

^This is why he was able to continue.

Its a good story, wheter its true or not. hope its true, always root for the underdog

Always gives me hope when I'm down lol..
