CD poker issue

Well guys I am going to travel a road I have suggested to others here before. I will be filing a complaint with the Directorate of offshore gaming, responsible for oniline gaming sites licensed in Antigua or Barmuda. The complaint will be filed against Crown Solutions Gaming, the parent company of CDPoker. I will try and and explain clearly. I was sent an email offer for a 100percent first deposit bonus max bonus $50. I carefully read the terms and conditions this bonus had a wager requirement of 100 raked hands. Sounded reasonable to me! So I deposit, email support when I think I am close and I am informed that I have accumulated 101 raked hands. Next email I ask why my account has not been credited with the bonus their reply says the wager requirement is 125 raked hands. I send them a copy of the offer I was emailed that clearly stated the wager requirement to be 100 raked hands. 4! 4! days later I get a response telling me I only have 41 raked hands. I of course somewhat polietly told them you are wrong. They tell me that they figure raked hands "differently" for this particular bonus. The original offer, which I still have mentions nothing about "different" raked hand rules. I litterally shit myself at this point. I was told that as soon as I completed 59 more raked hands I would be credited. I told them I believed I had met the requirements agreed to and I should be credited. They said no. So I am throwing in the towel with CD and moving on. I will file an official complaint and see what happens cause I am very curious myself, as Antigua is the most aggressive gamming commision trying to get it legal for us yanks to play poker onine legally!

I've fired off an email to CD asking for a raked hand definition for this offer. I'll let you know the answer when I get it. If I can help in any way just let me know.

but it still boggles my mind when i see ppl frequent 'shady' poker 'micro'sites lured by bonus etc offers that seem too good to be true...

Already got a definition my friend! I asked Rick before I deposited. Any hand I see the flop and the pot is over 1 dollar! I actually have WAY over 100 according to the definition, but their own support guy told me I had 101

Xdman, did they ever explain what happened to the 125 raked hand requirement? That seemed to vanish after you emailed the original bonus offer.

this thing worries me as I have money there and Ill have a private buy in tourney too

I withdraw some money to moneybookers, hope it will work.

But really, I saw problems for ppl at party poker (rammer), empire (2 years customers banned) and other... so nothing new.

I keep reading all these problems people are having problems cashing out etc so I am very weary about depositing any money with these poker rooms. I am just gonna stick to Bet365 and Ladbrokes, who are Uk based and it would be easier to sort out some kind of cashout as I deposit via Credit card

Well guys I am happy to report that my account was just credited! Couldn't get anything accomplished for a long time but I finally did. Now the question is why? Anyways it is only fair that since I started the thread I tell you they have given me what they said they would! Just took them forever but I got my money today 5 days late but I got it! I have a feeling that there is such a thing as forum power :biggrin:
