Hi everyone. Ive just started reading bill vosti's book about 6 max and think its quite practical and would like to get an opinion on that and improva's chess puzzle which looks nice based on the cover. apart from slowhabit's books i would like to go through any suggestion on new books or older (after 2008 though) with important content. Thnx in advance

Hard to go wrong with any of the "Harrington on Hold'em" books. Covers most of the bases you would need.

these are for MTTs, not cash.

There are so many. I like the Easy Game books, and Professional no limit holdem and Small stakes no limit holdem, both by Ed Miller, Sunny Mehta and Matt Flynn.

These - as well as Bill Vostis book - are no longer new, so I dont know what adjustments are necessary but good info IMO. Also, what stakes do you play? Cause Crushing the Micros Stakes by Nathan Williams is good for those stakes.

Yes they're great books. I've read a couple of them and they cover all of the basics in good detail.
