Well I've been consistently getting goldstar for a few months now and am curious, do any of you play the 5400 FPP sattys to the sunday million where 4/10 get 215 tourney creds? I am trying to decide whether to start playing these or wait for 25000 FPPs to get the $285 bonus. I used to play exclusively S&Gs, so my S&G game is not bad.

Personally I go for 13500 for a ticket to the Sunday Warm-up or Million worth $215. Assuming a long term positive return it seems to me the best bet and a better deal than the 25000 bonus. I couldn't cope with the variance of the fpp sats, though I'm sure it's long-term a marginally better way to go.

I dont play on stars, but I think 5400 to sunday million is definitely a better choice, you played it once and was very card dead, which sucked but it was obviously not a very hard or tough sng to beat. So look at it this way, you can just get extra 2k points and play that sng 5 times, I'm sure you would easily win 2 out of 5 times if you understand sng strategy pretty well, which I think you do and long as you are not super unlucky or playing like a donk, you should do fine imo. I pick satelites imo.

Alright thats the last one of those I play, god I remember why I hate tourneys, there is about .0000001% skill involved. Finished 5th in two of them and I almost just put a hole in the wall after not tilting/getting angry for a couple weeks straight playing cash games.

probably like 0.000023% but yeah, you really do need cards for the 5400 million turbo sats.

I've done the math on this, I'll see if I can dig it up and show you.

The way I figured it out, assuming a decent ITM% (I think I used 45%, which should be easily achievable) and assuming you sell the T$ for real $, it comes out slightly ahead of using the FPP's to purchase supernova bonuses. Obviously you have to take in to account hourly rate lost/gained by playing these and whatever.
