You need to constantly learn. When you work all day, there is not enough time for poker. More time needs to be given to the learning process, viewing training videos and analyzing various situations.

I have noticed that many people tries to make of Poker their job or the way of how to earn extra money, I'd like to say that you should enjoy poker instead of taking it too serious like to turn it into your job. :)

Make a schedule to play and study as much as you can. It may take you longer to become a good winning player but you will not have to worry about where your next meal is coming from.

Believe me this is a good situation. At least you have the job-so you will have enough money for the live. After the job you can play poker. You need to watch different videos and read poker books, asking for an advice more experienced players.
Some people leave their jobs, in thoughts that they are good enough to make money on poker. But to be honest this is not so often happens.

Study strategy, since you don't have time to develop your own by trial and error.

To become a good player, as a rule, you have to play a lot. Probably, there are people who understand poker and poker math intuitively, or their work is connected with such calculations. If you have good memory and mathematical knowledge, you will learn faster. But basically it still takes a long time.

yes, the biggest thing is that it isnt your main source of income, so your not biting your nails on every little bit of action you get yourself into, it takes the pressure way off and might make you play better

I think if poker is your only income, it puts a lot of pressure on you to perform, which can be good and bad.

My friends do not work and spend ten hours a day on poker and so they make a living.
If you have a job, then you will not have enough time to play poker, and earning it is good.
I play only after work, I can earn from 1-3 $ for the evening and that's rare!
Try to turn poker into a hobby and get pleasure from the game!

The best way for you to be a poker professional is to grind weekly a few hours of your day within the limit that you dominate the field, you should organize your time and create a routine where two hours of your day you will dedicate to the game, good luck and See you at the tables
