let me know a bit about your history with CardsChat and its expectations now that we are already almost 1/4 of a million members.

I'm trying to learn how to play poker since July 2015, my 1st goal was to win 10 dollars from scratch. just in freerolls. I played 3 months to win my first 0.10 is not a great monetary value, but for me it was a great achievement, I finally started to win ... in this same time I met CardsChat and here I am since then .. I did not know exactly anything about poker, in my country casino is forbidden and we do not have the tradition of playing poker ... I knew that poker was a card game I saw in the old Western movies ... with 6 months of play I managed to win the 10.00 I think a little more .... I won an initial cardschat game of the league, where were all the good players of the cc .... (maybe this was the biggest of my victories so far) to win a field that knows a lot of poker without knowing how to play, that was a great victory .... but of course it was not by chance or luck, I had a strategy .... I tried to study poker theory but I did not understand anything .... a lots of terms in English ... I do not even know how to speak Portuguese which is my native language, inglihs not think .... so I started to watch the winners .... those who came from the last positions to get on the feet and those who took the lead and stood in front until the ... were 2 elected my friend Warren and my friend Nastena ... I watched them at the tables for 6 months and I managed to absorb a few plays even without knowing anything about poker or poker theory. my 2nd objective was to get 100.00 still from scratch only in freerolls .... with the help of cardschat and his wonderful freeroll in 2016 I won the 100.00 of bankroll .... it was a bit difficult because when I won some money in a freeroll tournament .... I ran to sit go in the PS and lost everything.
at the end of 2016 I met Orsino and his thread ... a kind of diary that he keeps here in the cc with his achievements at 888poker .... I realized that I gathered everything I won in freeroll and it was not like I was losing everything .. Following the strategy of Orsino I achieved my goal 100.00 .... in 2017 my goal was to reach 1k freeroll starting from scratch .... in August of 2017 I won 1.5k of bankroll with freeroll, small tournaments and blackjack .. ..Blackjack and cash game are good ways to make money fast, plus a tilt here is expensive and bankroll reaches zero very fast .... my goal for 2018 is 10k bankroll, I started investing in satellites for good 1M tournaments , again with the help of cardschat in 2018 I have already been able to play 3 major in ACR and Party tournaments ..... I have won some satellites in 888. I have not yet reached a good final position in the tournaments, but I am working to achieve

Hell yeah! A quarter of a million, sounds like a lot of people... If only at least 1/4 of them would be same active, as you and me and not disappear short after registering here.. Oh well, but it's normal tide of life of any forum i guess, there are always more ghosts, than frequenter...

What can i tell about me and CC? Well, obviously i found it pretty late, as i started to play poker seriously for real money since 2007 about. Those time my favorite sites were Two Plus Two and PokerStrategy, which helped me to stop playing as a totally fish and become more solid player with a time. Plus couple of books of course, thanks to Den Harrington, Doyle Brunson, Arnold Snyder & Collin Moshman for writing & publishing them! Now to be totally honest (as i usually am) i came to CC actually because i was pretty intrigued about those mystical CardsChat freerolls with small amount of people in a lobby of my poker rooms protected with a passwords i couldn't find anywhere. So i came here to find out those passwords and then... boom! I found much more than that! The best and friendliest poker community i ever seen before! Meanwhile i don't know what CardsChat means more to me great opportunity to play best freerolls at my favorite poker rooms and win some money without risks or to speak about my favorite topic - poker with a lot of very friendly, thoughtful and just great people. I do also enjoy opportunity to compete them at poker table too! And when i loose against Bad Beat at CC Event, it doesn't even feel bad, as it would anywhere else, because i had a lot of fun to play & chat during the game with those great people. At some events i even stood after being dropped out of tournament and couldn't keep my mouth shut distracting good people from a game with my non-stop chatting! Sorry for that! Can't help myself. For me CardsChat was and stays the REAL DEAL! No matter at which side of it i look. Thank you for existing, CardsChat, and long life to you! You are really the best!

As for me, a quarter of a million is an impressive result.
Thanks to the popularity of the world's best game, and the hard work of the CardsChat team, we have such a great result. In fact, a whole army of users. I also want to say that thanks to this wonderful forum, I have greatly improved my game. For the time being, I have become less losing, and this is already very significant for me.

When I found out about the forum -CardsChat- I really liked it here, I registered at the forum and became a member, it's an excellent forum where you can play and replenish the bankroll in order to continue to play good tournaments and win money, here for beginners you can learn a lot of interesting and learn a lot of training materials for the game and become an excellent player, I like the forum and here are a lot of good freerolls that provides us a forum so that players can play for free, you have a good goal for 2018 - 10 000 bankroll!

10k seems like a rather ambitious goal ... but look at it ... currently I can turn 0.01 into 0.10 on 888 Poker 80% of attempts, 0.10 on 0.40 also 80% .... of the 3 attempts to turn $ 50.00 into 1k in blackjack live in 888 or in the party ... 2 I succeeded .... in 888 I am in level 61 I have 5 good free games per week, plus 100 free games cc per moth .... and every day I have increased my percentage of itm in most of the games ... I just have to get my hands on big tournaments, but I'm testing some strategies .... I believe that before the end of 2018 I can get it right .... if I will not keep trying

Well yesterday between between players in the freeroll winners on Friday, so hopefully improve my game and can continue to participate in these tournaments. I also want to increase my bank roll and participate in tournaments like the Sunday Millions. Greetings to the entire team of Cardschat.

I am sure that a quarter of a million users, this is not the limit for such a forum as CardsChat. Everything is best, as always ahead of us. The potential of our community is at least half a million users.

One of the first forums I joined when starting out in poker. Had a friend mention it and have been here little shy of 10 years. Learned quite a bit and find it to be a wealth of resources. Never realized it has grown this big but stands to reason with all it offers. Thanks to all who put in the time to keep the cards flying.

Really, a quarter of a million is a lot of people. I think that can already hear that well-known song called "The Final Countdown" playing in the background when we reach this mark that is already very close.
