two things:
1. If you consider PokerStars model of business in not catering to the high limit players anymore as a good thing - which I do, because high limit players bring in the same amount of money as lower limit players - then its good - why should they get more benefits? They do nothing but actually squelch the game by enticing lower limit players to play higher limits, and WHEN they lose they sometimes do not go back down because they bottomed out their roll. In the long run, getting rid of high limits is actually better for the longevity of the game.
2. I have never heard of this - tell us where you read it and we can tell you if it is true, I have texts out to my friends that floor in Vegas and should have an answer soon, and I would think the wiley CC writers would have already caught wind of this if it were true.
However, if casinos are just doing this on their own, I can understand why, so some may be doing this, but i can not imagine places like Bellagio and Aria would just do it without a fight. Are you saying this is a law?
