Taking a break lets you calm down, but it doesn't change the likelihood of getting sucked out on by people who played bad cards. When you return, it's exactly the same as before. Thos players are still around, they still play bad cards when they feel like it, and the odds
they'll hit are still the same.
If you're consistently getting it in good, that's good poker. In the long run, the most profitable thing you can do is train yourself to keep playing your game so you can take their money. When you walk away, someone else eventually gets it.
