I have been enjoying some of the bounty SNG's and was thinking of playing in some bounty tourneys. Any suggestions or info on playing them? Not much info in the websites.

Can you expand more for those of us who don't know what SNG's exactly you're referring to?

SNG is Sit and Go tournements. no rebuys or ad ons and start when eneough people sign up to play.

Bounty is a price on putting a player out of the tourney.

I'm familiar with the term "Sit-n-Go", but I've never seen any bounty games...was wondering exactly what the prizes are in relation to the prize pool and how the structure is. This information is needed to decide on a proper strategy to beat the game.

Carbon poker has them and probably any site on Merge.
2.20 the bounty is a dollar and the sng is like a regular sng for a 1.00.
you get the bounty on your head back if you win.

they also have boutny tournys and sng's on full tilt. Generally if tis a 2.00 buy in .50 goes to a bounty on any player and 1.50 goes to the prize pool

as far as strategy goes, play your normal game i think. just forget about the bounty, if you knock someone out its gravy.

Just watch out for the shorter stack pushing in with the nuts, they tend to get called by at least one if not more players, don't fall for it.
