Hello, my first post on this great site, but i'll give this a try...

Poups picks up Q3s in early position and limps in 2nd to act. Donk play in his position, even if the table has not much pre-flop raising in the previous hands.

Ok4u2fold picks up pocket 7s one from the button and limps in with several limpers ahead of him. Wants to see a cheap flop, and maybe flop a set.

Heartdiamonds picks up a good hand AQ on the button, behind 4 limpers. He tries to chase the limpers by raising 5xBB. Mostly solid play, but i would have raised to perhaps 150-180 or around 2x the pot. As allways, depends on the table, whatever you think will chase the limpers.

Pot is now 160

Poups calls 80, with 2:1 pot odds, another donk play into a raise from the button, with Q3s

Pot is now 240...

Ok4u2fold calls 80 with now 3:1 pot odds, and huge implied odds should he hit his set. Reasonable play.

Pot is now 320...

Comes the flop.

Poups picks up middle pair Queens with sh!tty kicker and a flush draw and throws out a weak probe bet of 40.

Ok4u2fold hit his set and is now trapping and calls Poups bet.

Pot is now 400.

Heartdiamond hit the same middle pair with top kicker. He is scared of the K and puts out a weak $100 bet into a $400 pot. I would have bet at least half to 2/3 the pot, ie 200-275, trying to end the hand right here, and be ready to fold to a big re-raise. Right now i'd be thinking i'm not up against AA-KK-QQ since those would have re-raised pre-flop. Middle pairs is possible so are hands like KT, KJ or JTs, J9s or worse, lol...

Pot is now 500...

I doubt Poups is doing any kind of hand analysis and is simply goes for semi-bluff/pot steal by going all in. He's thinking middle pair and 1 in 2 chance of hitting his flush draw is good enough. Basically a coin-toss donk play I see all too often at these buy-ins. I'm pretty sure he actually wanted to get called.

Pot is now 1900...

Pretty easy call for ok4u2fold with a set of 7s at this point. An over-the-top all-in re-raise after a weak bet smells like a drawing hand, perhaps with top pair like Kh10h or just a flush draw like Jh10h.

Pot is now 3260...

heartdiamond is now getting around 2.5:1 odds on the pot, which is decent but i'd be thinking there's no way my mid-pair/top kicker is good enough at this point. I'm probably up against Kh10h and/or a set of 7s based on all the action up to now. Time to fold and hide. Have to let the AQ go. We often get hung up with hands like that. Bad call...

Bogus, fichy? Nah, just typical Pokerstars low buy-in tourney stuff. I play plenty of those, cuz of my bankroll level wont permit me anything else.

Definitely not chip dumping, they all hit something and it's a small buy-in, you have to expect play like this.

Chip dumping isn't an impossible scenario, but I'd say straight up donk play is the more likely explanation

LOL, this is NOT chip dumping. Standard agro-donk semi-bluff play.

Jeez PP, you'd have had a heart attack if you'd played on Party 2 or 3 years ago.
