Aggressive means betting and raising instead of calling.
Loose means not playing tight preflop, ie. playing lots of hands.
Loose-aggressive means playing lots of hands and raising when you play those hands.
Tight-aggressive means playing only quality hands but being aggressive (raising) when you play those hands.
Heads up is a different animal. You have to play far more hands and far weaker hands will win. Bluffing becomes far more important.
