BEWARE! of Touchstone Poker

I want to caution all of you - "Touchstone Poker" is sooooo freaking sneaky that I have wiped them off my machine - I had $60 left in my acct and requested a $40 cashout back in Feb 2nd. I am still waiting but gave up asking because of one BS excuse after another everytime I called:
"our payment dept is running behind", "let me check into that and get back to you", "Oh I dont understand that, it shows your cashout has been approved", "We cant help you with payouts we're just the support team"
I dont know about anyone else but from my experience, I wouldnt deposit there if it were the last poker room earth.

I signed up for a beta testing for Jackandqueens.com with the bonus being 20.00 put in my account for being the first ones to sign up for the testing. It has been several months now and we are still waiting. I did not put any of my one money into this site but still shady.

Someone put the word out long ago about Touchstone, I had it downloaded and maybe played there once or tiwce many, many months ago. But I did get an email saying to be careful with Touchstone and I actually uninstalled the software right then. I hope you get your money...good luck!

I will NEVER get my money from them. I am convinced of that. I get that
same suspicious feeling I had when I requested a cashout from Spades Lounge. Ahhh yes, Spades Lounge, we all remember them don't we. What was thier motto: "A cardroom BY cardplayers, FOR cardplayers", Well we all know how long that lasted. Lost money on them also.

BTW, from my past experience, whenever a new cardroom in Beta takes a much much longer time than expeceted to go public, it usually indicates problems, sometimes major problems. Maybe I'm "New Cardroom" paranoid now, but thats just the impression I get.

If you're gonna deposit, deposit on the well known poker rooms...its not worth risking your money for some bonus
