Norman Chad was actually funny here. "Verbal abuse" is a bit extreme. I mean, Kassouf is being a dbag...but he didn't do anything wrong. Benger is a bit over-reactive.

Very nice, but a bad beat here would be even more brutal!

I'm thinking that Benger was so stoic during the hand, that he eventually thought, "Why not induce a shove by giving him some of his own medicine?" I might be giving him more credit than he deserves, but just my opinion.

Oh god, I just hate players like Kassouf. Of course it wasn't 'verbal abuse' as Benger called it, but it's really disturbing and it's so hard to focus on the game when you can hear someone talking to you, doesn't matter what he's saying.

Benger played this perfectly, IMO. He knew what he was doing and how to get the shove he wanted. He's known for trolling right? So he figured he could get action.

Don't know if it's verbal abuse or no , the only thing for sure is that Benger said this when a player from the table said " clock " so he got afraid that Assouf might fold in the end after all this solo talking , so he started all this about 'verbal abuse' thing to show that he was feeling bad to show weakness to make his opponent go all in , at least that is what I believe .

Under his skin

Wow, he sure got to him with his verbal diarrhea. Part of poker, you always get one that can't shut up. But what a way to stop the verbal abuse. Awesome.

Trash talk is part of trying to gain an advantage, but Kassouf was warned several times NOT to talk when an opponent was trying to make a decision...talk all you want when the ball is in your own court...was it verbal abuse? No; just obnoxious behaviour. Benger may have used Kassouf's own strategy against him...it ended in a just manner.

Lol, love when table bully gets a dose of medicine. If he hits the two outer though he becomes even worse to play against. Nice performance from Griffin to help induce the shove with his little rant.

In that case its professionalism at its best - he acted so well

Nice vid, they both seemed pretty sure that the kings where going to win. Even though he had over 80% to win with aces. Glad to see the aces actually hold up though. I'm not really sure what took them so long to go all in with those pockets.

He was fine till he got into it with the guy,I prefer to let the cards talk and just start looking around the casino at other things till the call or raise is made. I am not going to be sucked into banter like that.

Well deserved

this guy deserved to be knocked out like this. he really was just annoying. beyond the first few days, noone was giving him information. he was just talking to hear himself speak
