and get more eyes. I prefer stacking since you can't really watch them all anyways

For that many you really must stack, or stack+tile. I suppose if you have the money for 2x 30" monitors you could get 12 tiny tables tiled per screen, but it would be a stretch.

3 monitors is near impossible for poker, because of the wide head swings required to cover that much desktop. It'll hurt like hell. I have 3 monitors and I tried that for all of about an hour before giving up. I now tile across 2 monitors while using the 3rd for other things (lobby, tracker, browser, spotify, etc.)

I'll preface this by saying I tile, and have tiled my tables for 8 years now. Could never get used to stacking or cascading, you miss so much action and you can never use pre-action folds.

I use a Dell 30" monitor flanked by inverted 20" Dells on either side.

12 tables in the center, 6 on each side monitor, lobby on bottom right, which is visible when you go down to 23 tables.

I use 4 acer 20 inch monitors stacked vertically. Can see all 4 screens with very little head movement. The top screen is tilted 10 degrees forward of vertical.

Seems like the top monitor would be like 4 feet off your desk.
How could you manage a setup like that with very little head movement?

That sounds really strange. Can't imagine what it's like to play with 4 monitors one on top of the other. Can't you put 2 on the bottom and the other 2 on top of them?
