Well easiest and best answer is the lowest!! What games do you play cash, sngs or mtts? If the fifty dollars is easilly replaced and your confidant in your play at sngs try some 2 dollar games, rake is 25c on 1 dollar games at sngs which is a bit more then most places.

I am not a cash game player but yeah with that roll probally best to grind up from the lowest stakes. but someone else can tell you better than I could. There are lots of articles floating around here on bankroll Management you should do a search, good luck mate.

If you dont have it get pokertracker, I think you get a free 3 month trial, will help you see how aggressive and how much you opponents bet etc.

Yea, for $50, the .01/.02 tables are going to be what you need to play until you get up to about $100, then maybe bump up to the next level, .02/.04(can't remember if FT does .02/.04 or not). Like McCluskey was saying, there are a bunch of BR Management articles on the forums, so you should be able to find some good info for what size BR you need to move up to the next limit.
And PokerTracker is a very valuable tool for the cash game player(tournament as well), because it allows you to find the leaks in your game, and also your opponents. This is important because you will probably find that you are playing some of the same people over and over again day after day, so you will gather all sorts of info on their playing styles.

If you play cash games as was said earlier stick with 1/2 for now. and at $100 move up to 2/5. The play at 2/5 isnt much different but its good to master the basics at 1/2 first. I would suggest that as your bankroll grows you might want to play the deepstacked 1/2 tables and then move to 2/5.

If you are just playing for fun you should do the lowest limits (.01/.02). But if you want to build a big bankroll I suggest doing .25/.50 or a little higher. Too small and you won't make a profit. Too big and you risk losing all if not a lot of your money.

I started on FTP with $50 a few months back and have had a decent amount of success on the .05/.10 tables and the $2+.25 SNG's, there are a good number of bad players if you are willing to be patient and wait them out...Quite a few will blow up eventually if you have a hand and give them the opportunity

That would be terrible BR Management. The BR that you should have to play a .25/.50c game is about $1000. You are already playing too big if that is the limit you play. Here is a little chart that you could use to go by:

Blinds Bankroll
1c/2c $50
2c/4c $100
5c/10c $200
10c/20c $400
25c/50c $1,000
$0.5/$1 $2,000
$1/$2 $4,000
$2/$4 $8,000
$5/$10 $20,000
$10$/20 $40,000
$25/$50 $100,000
$50/$100 $200,000

Enough said with that chart I believe, thats as clear as it gets. And is certainly what u should go by if really wondering what level to play at.

limits

play 1/2 cent until you reach 300 then move right to the 5/10 cent games until you are able to hit 1000, once you do that you will be perfectly rolled for then 10/25 cent games

Welcome to CardsChat, but I believe your post is in the wrong section. You should have posted it in the Introductions section. Either way, nice to see you here.

they have a barnkroll to limit poker and cash tables. but i think that however winning money is sometimes an easy thing to do on online poker it is alot easyer to lose it. so i would start at 1/2 penny table and work my way up the later to 5/10 cent and so fourth.

im not saying that the table is wrong but i think a player is really bad if he needs to play with 450 big bets at a cash table. your either not playing right or the most unlucky poker player which you should just quit if ur unlucky.

You don't play with that many on the table, that is how much you should have in your bankroll to play at that level.

50 Bucks

Well, for 50 bucks i would assume that if you were going
top play the cash games that you would play .10/.25 or
maby .25/.50 to start out. once you double you money i
would suggest the .50/1.00. you can make some money at
those limits and conserve your bankroll. hope this helps
Gl and hope to see you on the felt.

Reverse this advice and it will be solid. Build at the lowest stakes, play the higher stakes if you don't care about your $50 and are just having fun.

Agreed...if you are just playing for fun and don't want to play very long ;)

I do not think that should be a limit of $ 50 deposit ... for $ 50 you can lose in 20 minutes .... then take over Iara was made .... I think r fit a limit of $ 500!otherwise how on some sites and it is!
