Finally got sick of the old corded Microsoft Basic Optical Mouse. Bought a new Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 6000 hoping that would solve the problem. It didn't! The new mouse tends to start stuttering all over the place after awhile when I multitable at pokerstars -- not at first, but gradually it gets worse to where I have to shut down the tables. I thought it was doing that because it is a laser mouse instead of optical, but I'm not sure. Even plugged in the old corded mouse again, and now it's acting a bit strange. I wonder if the new mouse software messed something up.

I'm also getting a sore wrist so was wondering if the air mouse idea is usuable for poker. I see you can even turn your iphone into an air mouse with special software. Looks like Logitech and Gyration make air mice and Gyration's laptop version can be had for $45 after mail-in rebate.

BTW, I tried a Logitech MX 100 (?) laser mouse today, too, and it was terrible. I've never had so many misclicks -- actually doubling-clicking causing me to call or fold on tables sight unseen (because I stack tables.)

I need some mouse advice! Thanks.

Just buy a simpler mouse. One with a cord preferably. If takes away the chance of not working. Its good for multitabling too.

I've been multi-tabling on Stars with my Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 6000 v2.0 for 6 months now with absolutely no problems. Your problem could have to do with your computer. Driver issues, memory conflicts, etc.

I am using a Logitech wireless mini. Not one problem to date and use it exclusively on my laptop. Couldn't be happier with it, I didn't want the cord to deal with.

Hmmm, must be a computer glitch. I wonder how to trouble-shoot this problem. I googled stuttering mouse problems, but nobody had a really good answer. Seems like it happened to overclockers quite a bit, but I'm not pushing the envelop with my processor like they are.

I did get the iPhone Air Mouse Pro working today -- pretty cool! Not sure if I could actually play poker with it, but it's been fun with media players and browsers.

mine stutters like mad if the connection is poor between them, happens when i change batteries or just randomly but rarely.

I have to hit the button on the receiver and then it works very smoothly. Take it out put in back in and reset the connection to the mouse? might work i dunno does for me.

I'll try resetting the laser mouse next time it starts to act up. Been using the iPhone Air Mouse today, and yes, it is good for playing poker -- not a single misclick, and nice and smooth. I love this thing. Actually I'm using an iTouch. It's saving my wrist. I'd still like to try the Gyration Air Mouse.

It's not my mouse that's causing the problem. I think it's coming from the new version of Table Ninja, somehow conflicting perhaps with HEM. Anyone else have this problem?
