I hear alot about bad beats or the game is rigged.I get upset make no mistake about it.I play poker on line and in real life and it is everywhere.I've even seen 2 different people get four of a kind.I would have best hand on flop go all in to try to get all chasers out but they still call and run me down, all on a draw:mad: .And I don't see (even though some people do) why poker rooms would rig a game it don't make much sense to per they are making money either way, plus the same thing happens when I play poker with my friends.Bad beats are every where on line,on tv,at friends house,in poker rooms, if I think I have the best hand or think someone is bluffing I'm calling weather I bad beat u or not:) .

Amen brotha. I do tend to see more online (although you deffinately see a decent amount live too), but I just attribute that to larger amounts of inexperienced players calling with nothing or chasing bad draws

also what alot of the ppl that are claiming poker is rigged dont realize is that you see way more hands online then you do live so of course you are going to take more beats/hour or see more drawouts/per hour. cause you are seeing way more hands.

I'll take a stab at the reasoning behind 95% of these "online poker is rigged" people.

Fact #1: Good players win money at poker.
Fact #2: I am a good player.
Fact #3: I am losing money at poker.

Now logic dictates that at least one of these statements has to be incorrect. Obviously, it's #1, and the cards are rigged for the suckers. Yeah, that's the most likely scenario. :D

rigged?

ive seen some unbelievable hands in online poker ..and while playig more than one tourny at a time ive seen the same flops on different tables at the same time how can you explain that ... computers generate the crds not a dealer like in live poker so there has to be some scenerio to being rigged right?

...ive seen the same flops on different tables at the same time...

Screenshot? With so many people here that multi-table, I'm sure someone else would've mentioned something like this. A screenshot and/or HH would e helpful.

You tend to see more online because more hands are played online than live.

[ive seen the same flops on different tables at the same time how can you explain that ]

What if u could pull up 100 games, how many same flops would u see? There r only so many cards in a deck if it were different all the time I would think THAT was rigged.

In live poker using 2 different decks I will see same flop 2 times in a row.

I would say its all about propability, there any thing that is possible exists.

There are currently 18k and change tables active on PS.com. Each table is playing with 52 cards. odds of 2 or more of them sometimes getting the same flops? Pretty fair, I'd say ( let one of the math wizs quote them if they've a mind to). How can you explain that? Oh, random chance, law of averages, karma, alien intervention, take your choice. Or pick your own.
