Back to Poker after alot of months break

How do you guys keep focusing and have the lust to play poker everyday ?

I do not take any slack in poker, I play every day and I will continue playing because I love playing poker and I do not give myself the right to take time off.

I cant live without poker.Thats love at first sight.If u dont love poker it isnt for u.

have a goal, and planning, without that you do nothing in life, and poker will not be any different.
Plan, ask yourself why you make do, that, why,
how many hours a day will you play, which tournaments, how many per day, what will you study to improve your game. Anyway, as I said before, I have a plan and you have a long life in poker.

We must definitely take a break! If you play for a week, then one day you need to rest, then there will be a completely different game

Sometimes I also have breaks, but usually it lasts no more than a week.
I start playing again, concentrating on the game to avoid mistakes.
Usually, after a few hours I play poker no worse than I played until the break.
