Well since I hit first place in our CC intertops freerolls a couple of weeks ago, I now have a little bank roll to work with, sticking with 2/4 cent tables only, I did manage to play in a 25 cent rebuy game last night, my god what a mistake that was, talk about a donk fest, everyone just going all in and rebuying over and over, I figured I won a dollar off the ring games so it was no loss to me, but wow, I need to stick to those games that you just buy in and once your out, your out.

Congrats on the win! Not a big fan of the 2/4 cent tables because it seems people are not inclined to fold weak hands and then catch a card at the end. Have you considered the "sit n go" games? I like the double-up odds. Keep us posted on how things go.

The .25 rebuy games can be a very nice BR boost to you, if you play them properly. Don't just immediately rule them out because of one "crazy" experience. Also, what type of BR are you working with? Give us updates as you build it up.

lol, I'm sorry you had such a bad experience from the 25 cent re-buy game. Although I tend to stick away from them, I actually made like 45$ on a dollar frenzy rebuy. After that, i just tend to stay away from them, cause its seriously a shove fest when blinds are too high.

If your ability level is reasonably above average, tournaments filled with players willing and eager to donk off their chips are good for your roll. However, they are high variance, so statistically, you have to be bankrolled as well as mentally prepared to play a bunch of them.

well so far Im working with a 43 dollar BR but I will just say 40 bucks, hence my staying at 2/4 cent tables, its really funny cause i cant seem or they dont seem to play the 10/20 cent tables which I think would fit my bankroll management, its either 2/4 cent or 1/2 dollar table, screw that, if I have learned anything from CC BR study, that would break my bank in a day.
