So, ACR allows US residents to play as long as they don't live in NJ, Nevada, Maryland, Delaware, Louisiana, or some other state.

Now the NJ sites have very small player pools on all sites.

What could someone from these states do to play on ACR besides move? They allow you to make accounts, but my buddy worries that if he tries to cash out a problem could arise.

Also, would a VPN allow someone to play on pokerstars global?

Is it worth the risk.

Any money you make they will keep when you send your proof of identity and proof of address documents, once they see USA you can say bye bye to what ever cash you deposited and whatever money you made on their site.

Just play at USA friendly sites.
