I am doing a Q&A interview with Tommy Angelo (website: http://www.tommyangelo.com) an old school poker pro who's known as the coach that the top pros go to. Tommy has a fantastic book which I just wrote up a review for (Elements of Poker) and we wanted to follow it up with a author interview via Q&A over email.

If you're a fan or curious to know something, I'll take the best questions and pose them to Tommy.

Very nice, Ice.

I know Tommy plays (or at least he did when he wrote Elements) mostly live limit HE. I'd like to know how he sees today's mostly online, No-Limit culture effecting these games.

Why don't you participate more in DeucesCracked.com's videos? I have no doubt you'd be one of, if not their main, attractions.

When someone wants to improve their technical game, there are almost infinite resources (books, video coaching sites, personal coaching, forums, etc) available at relatively cheap prices. When someone wants to improve their mental game, the process is a lot murkier, and any available mental game coaches, such as yourself, tend to be a lot pricier. Any advice for lower-stakes players who are looking to improve their mental game but can't afford your personal coaching?
