Try Small Stakes Hold Em, designed for limit as opposed to limit, but good coverage of odds.

Anything by David Sklansky. He gets real deep into math, statistics, probabilities, pot odds, implied odds, etc.

Holdem on the Come is one that is written with limit in mind, I think its by Slotbloom. I think most books that deal with estimating outs will be from a limit perspective, as having the information as accurate as you can is absolutely essential to limit(particularly fishy low limit) play. Since you can basically solve the game against predictable and bad enough players.

But I also recommend Sklansky's catalogue. Especially for limit play. It made me a solid winner live pretty quickly. For some reason I still can't win at limit online though:/

The Harrington On Hold Em Books cover that kind of stuff quite well.

It's hard to play a good math game, muchless a good theory game with guys constantly fishing for 2 outers.

Man. That was such a quality post I gave you last time you asked for pot odds. Sheesh.

This.

Like Lions said, it's about limit but the concepts about counting outs certainly extrapolate well to NL.
