Can Anyone help me with images?

How do you all take those screen shots? i have absolutly no idea how to copy images to threads! can anyone please help me out with this problem! thanks everyone!

ps I did not decide on the title btw

If you only want the program window copied and not the whole desktop press the alt key then print screen (print scrn) button and open paint (On XP - start/All Programs/Accessories/Paint) and on the Edit drop down list select paste. You can then save the file in the format you want (jpeg etc).

well then i'm glad i asked! this might be helpful for others that may not know how to perform this task aswell! hope it helps everyone! its really easy once you know what you are doing!
