I've played most of my poker online, so I don't really get the chance to get that good of a read on someone to actually put them on aces.
what i mean is, say in a tournament, you both have big enough stacks for several reraises worth - if a tight player were to raise from EP then i reraised him, and he pushed the rest of his stack - then i might consider it. In the tournaments I play, most of the people at the table don't have enough to show that re-reraise all in, so generally I'm going to call them. It's also the fact that in the tournaments, people will push with AQ type hands, so I have to call with KK.
In cash games, I've never had the opportunity to have to lay down KK, but I'm sure if a tight, strong player were to make a big reraise I would have to reconsider playing the hand.
So to answer the question, no I've never layed down KK preflop
